If you are saying that Vietnam and the Philippines are encroaching Malaysia’s EEZ, that means you are saying Malaysia has legal rights over that EEZ and islands/reefs that VN/PHL is currently occupying.

But since China is also claiming sovereignty over those VN/PHL occupied islands, and since China’s nine dash lines even cut in more of Malaysia’s EEZ, you are also saying that China’s claim is also illegal and encroaching on Malaysia’s EEZ.

You first made a statement to criticize Vietnam and the Philippines, but you probably didn’t realize that that same statement also says that Chinese SCS claims are illegal and encroaching Malaysian EEZ. This is the point I was talking about previously. I didn’t say anything about VN or PHL’s right to claim or occupy whatever.

If you still can’t comprehend what you have said, then let me break it down for you step by step:

1. You first made the statement: “It's Vietnam and Philippines that is encroaching in Malaysian EEZ.” and illustrated that with a picture showing VN/PHL occupying reefs/islands inside Malaysian EEZ.

2. You saying Malaysian EEZ being encroached means that you are saying Malaysia has the legal rights to the EEZ and the Islands/reefs within it.

3. But note that China also claims those same Islands/reefs that you were talking about. Much worse than that, China’s nine dash lines goes down further than those islands/reefs occupied by VN/PHL:
