Oh how pathetic, and more so how obsessed you must be to keep score of everytime Modi mentions Pakistan. Its clear that even you know the deep ingrained obsession which 1.3 billion of you have hence why you would even be aware of that.

If someone depicts an image of a Hindu extremist shooting civilian owned property in order to push a political agenda, then, in legal terms, this is incitement to terrorism. The Chinese make a very good point. Whether anyone is offended by it or not is irrelevant.

If a cartoon depicted ISIS shooting civilian shops to push a political agenda, would that not be regarded as incitement to terrorism?
