There is twist here. Although Nepal is neighbour of China, the Himalayas have made is impossible for Nepal to have similar kind of interests with China that is has with India. Moreover, for all practical purpose India and Nepal are same country.

Jade there is NO twist in statement of Nepali Army chief. ))) he clearly hinted that Indians have gone bonkers over a routine activity .

When it comes to interests and defence Himalayas can be razed. Nepal though have ground passage to India BUT still Nepal had been a victim of Indian proxy terrorism apart from Indian religious extremism.
