I have read that in
2017 was 19.01 % of China's exports went to USA.(reliable data)
2018 was 19.2% (not 10% as you mentioned), of China's exports went to USA(not fully verifiable). what is you source that this dropped to 10%. link ?

Well you could also say we buy German cars and inside there are US components, so can you say 90% of exports are to US? Tariffs are country specific, not product specific. US can impose tarriffs if the steel is Chinese steel masquerading as Vietnamese steel but they can't impose tariffs on Germany because there are Chinese components in that car. That's y it's called TRADE. It's bad for both sides of there is a WAR. Do you know how many farming communities are getting destroyed in US now?

That's also one reason why I think US is committing economic suicide. If you think Germany is kneeing down, they wouldn't have allowed Huawei in my friend.
