This makes less sense as the Chinese don’t usually show their hand this early. What is the benefit of warning India as over the next 10 years, India will attempt to secure this weakness in their grid. Sounds more like a false flag operation by India to get some

I also believe that using non Chinese sourced parts will do little to change things as it’s a costly exercise and there is limited guarantee that the Chinese cyber army will not be able to hack the new system.
Fighting had never been India’s sting suite throughout history ( Muslims 1000 years, British 200 years) the only real way of protecting India’s infrastructure is to stop panagafying with China and Pakistan. Focus on trade and regional piece and focus in becoming part of the CPEC value chain.
