That's 1000mph...if it was a straight line...only train way is an Elon Musk style Hyperloop.

I don't think the project is possible right now.
The cost is way too expensive and too luxury to afford.
It's better for Russia to spend the money to help Russia economy first, like building their industry.
And for Kazakstan as well.
