Its good to be confident. But to underestimate an worthy opponent isnt wise. By all means they should have a 6 gen machine ready to induct by the the time adversaries get stabilizs their fifth gen infra. They have a cutting edge infra and history of success. Most of their technologies arent advertised now, perhaps they anticipate a skirmish in the near future. As the famous chinese scholar said " i you are strong act like you are weak, and if you are weak act like you are strong".
