Caste conundrum : Why do upper castes believe discrimination doesn’t exist?

.
first came discrimination based on casteism, then came reservation.
the video is pretty much clear on casteism among hindus.
of course, not all the "higher caste" ppl do discrimination, but most of them do, esp in villages.
watch out for the video, "india untouched". the "present reality" is pretty much described and more elaborate than this video.

.
from the perspective of upper caste hindus, they are correct...discrimination REALLY does not exist. discrimination is something that occurs between humans...they don't consider the lower caste along with Muslims, Christians & Sikhs as humans. they firmly believe that the lower caste people are subhuman animals and converted to the above said religions only to give humans (upper caste hindus) a challenge.

They should become Muslims, we all pray together in the mosque next to each other.

yes.
as an affirmation, the uighurs will find some respite in china whereas the kashmiris can breath easy in india.
sometimes i wonder, why the heck Jinnah saab wanted the white portion in the pak flag.

stay in ur bubble dear along with cherry picked pics.
u could also throw some light on the white portion of ur flag
When the zeal of nationalism takes over the soul, love, reason and decency are dead, my dear.

The green represents Islam and the majority Muslims in Pakistan and the white stripe represents religious minorities and minority religions. In the centre, the crescent and star symbolizes progress and light respectively. The flag symbolizes Pakistan's commitment to Islam and the rights of religious minorities.

nationalism ka bhoot to jinnah saab ke upar bhi sawaar tha. does that anyway mean he was unreasonable and indecent. last i knew, he was one of the most sane politicians (i rate him near sardar patel, nehru was ok but not upto him, gandhi was a beast of shrewdness and cunning).

the commitment is there for all to see.
i know ours is not exactly the ideal condition either, but its way way better than yours.

It was realism and foresight in Jinnah and his people not nationalism. His sole ambition was for the future betterment of Muslims and not for the detriment of any country. If I remember rightly it was Patel who instigated the partition massacres, that's what you call nationalism.

it was muslim nationalism, founded on islamic principles, to protect the muslims of the subcontinent. PLUS his push towards urdu as a national language. if that is not nationalism, then what is.

true that. if he did have the time nehru had with india, pakistan would be in much better status in all parameters.

bogus. check your sources.
patel wanted to reason with nehru to give away kashmir to pak for hyderabad, but nehru and sheikh abdullah scuttled his efforts.
regarding partition day massacres, try to read something about direct action day and how it went out of control. jinnah unwillingly started the series of violence (starting with calcutta).

Much though many people might opposite it, the solution to Casteism in India is Socialist governance. Every citizen expected to put in their share of social contribution, and in return they getting their share of social benefits.

As it is even now, the Preamble to the Indian Constitution declares the country to be a Socialist republic.

bhai kaise apne ko bhi sikhao

Zeeshan bhai ko Love Jihad funds miltay hain. Mujhe bhi chaahiye. Thode tips bhi. Aakhir Zeeshan bhai Bond filmon ke dashing villain jo theheray. :D

When the zeal of nationalism takes over the soul, love, reason and decency are dead, my dear.

Can't disagree with that.

PMIK was asked quite a few times during his media interactions in America as to why Pakistan is not willing to talk to India. He said that you cant reason with ideology.

There is no cure for these RSS lot, they must/should be crushed.
