Most of the independents are pti directly supported candidates which pti didn't field a candidate against and pti workers who did not get a ticket.







And in Punjab,

It's not that simple..

In bahawalpur 3 of the independants are pti supported people who pti didn't field any candidates against.

In multan Qureshi gave tickets to his circle and pti workers even stood independant mpa's were supporting them. They clean swept multan. Plmn only managed to win 1 seat rest were won by pti independant group.



In kpk out of the 9 independants 7 are supported by pti and they did not field a candidate against them.



In short all of the supported candidates and workers who didn't get the ticket will join pti.

They won't join a government who has no confidence in herself.

No politician is suicidal like that specially given how everyone is building a general election rhetoric.

I don't think any party in Federal Government has ever performed this poorly in any local bodies elections.

PTI and PML-N almost have a tie, but the major development is, that latter has swept Punjab. Shows you how unpopular Buzdar administration is for Punjabis.

Cantonment elections are always like this.

Last time plmn just won 67 I think in 2015.

PMLN and PPP are provincial restricted parties where as, PTI is present in every province. I think we give too much importance to PMLN who is soley punjab based party. PTI respresents the sentiments of every province of Pakistan.

Last time plmn just won 67 I think in 2015.

At that time PTI won most seats from KP where it was in government.

it was political suicide on IK's part to conduct any local body elections in circumstances where his party was not organized, if this HAD to be done than he should have ensured that gaps are filled, what else could anyone expect from like likes of Buzdar, in DHA/Clifton Karachi which is POSH area and said to be the strongest hold of PTI they didn't managed to do good.

If i was in his (IK) place i would be extremely worried with the outcome.
