Jayshankar hasn’t said anything US or other countries because they haven’t said anything against India.
They have only said that India should assist in the probe. Which is a sensible step at this time.
Some people going ecstatic over US intel don’t know that, five eyes have an integrated network to share intelligence. This has been setup for seamless exchange of information. NYT article says just that.

Now Ottawa needs to share what they have with India and seek Indian assistance to further their investigation to convert CREDIBLE ALLEGATIONS into credible facts.
