ALLAH is not in any 11th or 12th dimension, ALLAH transcends time, space, causality, he needs not any dimension to exist, he is beyond the laws of physics.
Excellent put :enjoy:

@gambit Well logic says nothing comes from nothing

if you have zero dollar you just have nothing that nothing wont brings you any thing no bread no coffee

Now we apply this logic on grand scale this universe is something hence something brought this thing which is the universe

Isn't that a logic and it's not faith

faith built upon trust which is believe can you believe or trust a liar you cant why because you have no faith in him which is trust

I am not sure if your god hypothesis will advance science in any way.:D
Muslims or Arab before Islam were nothing but illiterates after Islam they push science many centuries ahead

Wrong, you can still prove God using pretty basic probability and logic. It's similar to believing in aliens to some extent. We've never seen aliens, but we know that they almost certainly exist because of reasons based on probability. It's the same with God.
Since am quoting your point, there is a probability that YOU exists somewhere at the other end of the Internet.

So far, no alien or God have done anything similar to what you have done on this forum to secure the equal measure of probability that either aliens or God exists.

Either an alien race or God can do one thing to prove their existence beyond any reasonable doubt -- show up.

At this stage of human development, an alien race have no reasons to keep itself secret from us. What do they have to lose? Nothing. They can land at Cape Canaveral in Florida or Johnson Space Center in Houston and there would be no doubt that Humanity is not alone at least in this galaxy, then they can leave. The most they would lose is landing fuel, assuming they use some kind of fuel to travel in space. Just by landing and leave, they will bring global upheaval from social to science to religion. Cities will experience riots. Religions will lose believers. And who knows what else...

But the point will be made.

Same with God. All we have to do is prove the existence of a soul, or something like a soul, that exists after a body died. Imagine the theological implications. To date, no religion owns the soul. Every religion speculates something about the soul, but no religion is certain of it. But once the soul is proven to exist, every religion will fight to claim it because it would validate their belief system.

Almost certainly is not good enough.

Aliens probably won't visit us (for several reasons, mainly technology related).

Why do you guys always demand observation? Are other pieces of evidence not acceptable? You never witnessed your mother give birth to you, you've never seen your brain, you've never seen the shape of the earth, etc, yet you accept that your mother is your mother, that you have a brain, that the earth is round, etc.

I disagree.

Just because we have not achieved interstellar travel, that does not mean we are 'backwards' in the sense that we do not have a vision of the universe. Our technology level is enough to force us to speculate other life forms. It is just a matter of proving it, whether that proof came from us or from the aliens themseves.

All the items you listed have DIRECT evidences. Even if I have never seen my own birth, I can and have seen other births. Same for the human brain. As for the round Earth, my yrs in the USAF, some time of those yrs were spent at 30,000 ft, proved to me the planet is round.

If there is no observation, then there it is faith. The question is what kind of faith. Absent direct evidences, then it is blind faith. I do not need to see the movement of electrons to have faith that the light will turn on when I flip the switch. That kind of faith is logical because it is based in consistent experience. Of all the houses in my neighborhood, we all experienced the same: on = light and off = no light. The experience is repeatable. For each homeowner, the effect is the DIRECT result of his action, never someone else's. That is like praying for the cure for cancer and the cure occurred the next day. I prayed and God responded. I turned the switch to 'ON' and there is light, or heat, or TV.

Travelling faster than light is simply not possible, so as a result I highly doubt aliens would ever visit us when you consider just how far away other planets that could support life are.

Also, if it were possible, they still probably wouldn't visit us. We are one planet of many, and could be considered insignificant to them. There's also the problem that we have found no evidence of any organisms performing interstellar travel.

Right, but you haven't seen YOUR birth, so you don't know whether or not your mother is really your mother.

That's and optical illusion due to the window of your aircraft, you have to be MUCH higher to see the actual curvature of the earth according to scientists.

If you want evidence, read/watch the sources I listed previously with an open mind.

Travelling faster than light is simply not possible,...
Same was asserted about powered heavier than air flight. Am not being facetious to you. History in science and technology is filled with assertions of 'cannot' that ended up wrong.

The evidences are plenty. First there are witnesses, then documentation, then yrs of investment into my life, and today, we can go as far as genetic verification. The woman who claimed to be my mother -- is. The argument is %99.999 level of confidence.

The same chain cannot be said for the soul, ghosts, or God.

No, it was not from materials distortion.

Technically speaking, you can see DIRECT evidence of the curvature of the Earth on the ground -- objects gets smaller as they travels away from you.

There is another method of direct verification -- pixels in an image. Essentially, you take a wide area image of an uninterrupted horizon. If the planet is not curved, all pixels would be at the same level. If curved, there would be a gradual level change in their positions. The higher the resolution of the image, the greater the details of that change.

Pilots since the days of hot air balloons have reported seeing the planet's curvature. The chain of DIRECT evidences is consistent from one generation of pilots to the next, from one generation of technology to the next, and from one generation of mathematicians to the next. Unlike magic, no one owns the tools and the methodologies, and no one controls the outputs.

The same cannot be said for the soul, ghosts, or God.

That's different, travelling faster than light is not only technologically impossible, it's also physically impossible. You would have to defy the laws of the universe to accomplish such a goal.

Irrelevant, you claimed not seeing God means he doesn't exist, so by your logic your mother is not your mother since you never witnessed her giving birth to you.

All secondary pieces of evidence, you still have not physically seen the earth to know it is curved.

Again, there is proof for God. You are simply not looking into the subject fairly.

Put a telescope together and peer into the universe yourself and observe.

This is from our meerkat array that my friend conceived as a idea going back when we were studying together at Rhodes 28 years in the making. You dont need to go and watch youtube to understand or feel.

I will quote the first verse of the Koran for those - 'Read in the name of thy lord, who made you from a drop of blood'. Just in that lies divine revelation that a creature as frail as a human is able to read, write or perform complex thought processes; forget about going into mathematics. This alone is good enough.

You just need then to go into mathematics and see the elegance of symmetry in nature.

The need to prove god comes from man's own inability to actually "create" life. We can splice genes and "clone" preexisting dna in a way; but we havent created life. That inability makes us seek out our creator. While to those who observe can see there is clearly massive intelligence and organization involved in the entire universe that is just impossible to be just random happenstance; life is the true ultimate question.
If we do find life in other parts of the universe then it will put a big dent on conventional understanding of religion since it will show that happenstance can create the same conditions that led to our existence.

Muslims or Arab before Islam were nothing but illiterates after Islam they push science many centuries ahead
without Islam there wouldn't be any science and technology as we see it today

Islam encourages study of nature and find its mysteries. It clearly states to go to all corners of the world to learn. Unfortunately it has become rigid and fundamental in its outlook that it has all the answers. If Islam was enough to study and explore science then the muslim world would have been very advanced in science and technology today.

If man is able to know who he actually is, all other questions are put in to dustbin ..It is his inability to not even know himself is creating all these incompleteness within himself ..If he begin to know himself in its entirety then who cares for God or no God ?

I will leave that up to future science.

Irrelevant, you claimed not seeing God means he doesn't exist, so by your logic your mother is not your mother since you never witnessed her giving birth to you.
Evidences are irrelevant? Since when?

When was the last time police have directly witnessed a murder? By that I mean either was at the scene or a video camera was in play. That happens often enough in the movies and TV, right? We convict people of murder, embezzlement, lying, and assorted crime even though most of the time, we did not witness the deeds. Evidences matter.

All secondary pieces of evidence, you still have not physically seen the earth to know it is curved.
Plenty of people have. Are we heading over the Moon landing hoax territory?

Again, there is proof for God. You are simply not looking into the subject fairly.
Sorry, but there are no evidences, let alone proof for God. A proof is usually a chain of evidences and some arguments for those evidences.

Most of us have never been to the Moon, and yet, we know more about the Moon than we do of God. We know less about the depths of the oceans than we do of God, and yet, we have more evidences of life in those depths than we do of God. Have you met your president? Sorry, but seeing him/her on TV does not qualify. So unless you meet your president face to face, he/she does not exist. Is that how you want to live your life?

I disagree....they pushed science doesn't mean that after 6 centuries of their pushing...Renaissance happened. On the contrary, Science got boost in 17th century when people in west opposed what Church was teaching and stood against the power of church......In Islam, can you even imagine it happening? ... when we are taught, don't think or question but just believe in what's been said as these are the words of Allah. No offence but whole fundamental of science is questioning, re-questioning till truth is revealed.
