@kalu_miah your argument is all over the place so let me just say my piece.
On one hand you say BD is a vassal state of India where India is able to exert an undue power on your country. And your response to this is to become a vassal state for China- this displaying a very, very low self-esteem issue with is quite sad to see honestly, as if BD's only role is to be someone's poodle. But IF India's power/hold over BD is so strong then there's no way India is going to allow its main rival in the region (China) to come in and take BD away- is there? So, either India is omnipotent in BD or BD should align itself with China- the two are mutually exclusive events, you can't have both statements being true.
It seems a certain element of BD members like to paint India in the same light certain Pak members like to do from time to time as the evil bogeyman of the region that is responsible for all the region's ails who's only contribution to the region is venom. Right?
The truth will always lay in the middle. Yes India is going to exert influence over the smaller, less powerful nation that it borders on 3 sides- that's a no brainer, but any nation in such a position would do the same. There is no evil plot at work here, simply a nation furthering its own interests. All that Indian "invasion" you mention-songs, movies, cars, buses etc, that's all exports for India- all money in the bank for India. And you think a nation in India's position is going to want to have another rouge nation on its borders who it can't control? Grow up and get real. BD needs to grow its economy and focus on its internal issues which India won't stifle in anyway, after all a prosperous and stable BD is a win-win for India.
But honestly, I don't see BD ever shedding the influence of its Western big brother, it's just never going to happen.
