The simple answer to your question is no, you cannot get an individual/family tourist visa for pakistan

Currently there is no tourist visa agreement between india and Pakistan. Visa are only granted for visits to close family members (for families split between the two countries in the wake of Partition) and for official/business visits for which there must be a sponsoring party. The business visa category has recently been enhanced and so more and more businesspeople are travelling between the two countries.

There was an agreement signed in the 2nd half of 2012 that would have made group tourism possible. It was supposed to come in force, if I'm not wrong, in Feb/March 2013. India unilaterally postponed the enforcement of this agreement citing security issues. So far I have not seen any development on this matter.

Unless visa is miraculously relaxed in the coming days, I don't see an Indian passport getting Pakistani tourist visa from the embassy in new delhi.

that was at congress time sir since BJP came power things are tight from both sides . no you can not visit there is no tourist visa for single person yes there is family and religion tourism only options now .

Contact the counselate/embassy, nobody here will be able to give you the answer, please contact Pak authorities in your capital and get more information. You will really enjoy your trip when you do come. Other thing is try to ask Pakistani friends to come with you so they show you around places you will enjoy, if not post a thread here when your visa gets sorted and ppl from individual cities will be happy to help. I know about Isloo and Pindi and will be happy to make recommendation list.
