Brothers in Arms : Why an Indian stands with Israel I wouldn’t write to you today, if I didn’t feel

Biatch in Heat: An Indian's unrequited love for Israel.

I'm sorry we are not able to join in your anti-Semitism. This is probably the only thing I hate about the Turks.

My point is just that Muslims can perceive such kind of strong support for Israel in times like these as a direct support of the murder of Muslims. Imagine it being the other way around and replace Muslims with Hindus. I doubt that such a behavior would NOT raise eyebrows.

What I am trying to say is that Indians should really learn how to distinguish between Islam and what the Muslim rulers who controlled India did. Also distinguish between your rival/enemy (call it want you want) being a Muslim country is not equal to Muslims being your enemies. I was just surprised but such strong anti-Muslim sentiments. I don't see that among Chinese who have their share of Muslims and exposure to Islam or others.

My problem is not the support of Israel among certain Indians but the way that support is manifested. Most Arabs and Muslims don't make it a secret that our ties with Pakistan are bigger but we don't go around and wish for death and destruction for India or Indians nor could I dream of cheerleading if Indians were in the same situation as the Palestinians which is a pretty unique situation. Can you think about any similar situation because I can't.

Arabs/Semites have had 5.000 year old trading ties with parts of India (mostly Northwestern and Southwestern) and they have been cordial and close. Whether during the ancient Incense Route or during the Indian Ocean trade.

Believe it or not but the notion of "Hind" in the Arab world is actually a notion that is mostly positive. There are no negative correlations.

Those strong anti-Muslim sentiments (that target ALL Muslims out there) are looked down upon among Muslim circles in the Muslim world. You can be of the opinion of Israel deserving their own state but not because Israel's enemies are Muslims which I get the impression that many Indians just do.

I pity the Indian Muslims. Stock at one hand between a bunch of Hindu nationalists and fierce anti-Muslims and on other hand Muslims who do not trust them fully, at least in South Asia. Tough luck.

We don't consider muslims as 'enemies'. I don't consider even Pakistan our enemies. What we think is that they're STUPID because they're letting 'non- state actors' in loose. Those jokers will cause a war that in Truth neither India nor Pakistan want. This surely isn't 'enmity'. And unlike the clowns that spread hatred there most Indians accept the creation and existence of Pakistan. We want them to be stable and prosperous as long as they can control the non state jokers.

There were Arabs, and there was Muhammad Bin Qasim. He literally came and destroyed Raja Dahir, who was a Hindu king in Karachi. What the Hindu loyalists seem to not understand is that Muhhamad bin Qasim came because the locals(Hindus/Bhuddists) were not happy with his rule. He was a tyrant and you know what Allah swt said about tyrants. People from his religion were oppressed, and when Muhhmad bin Qasim came, even the locals joined his army. Many of them later converted to Islam, because they were sick of being taken advantage of. Hindu extremists just can't seem to fathom how people of their own religion would choose an outsider against one of their own. They don't seem to realize that the Hindu ruler was a tyrant and was hated among his own people.

Yeah right...wo do auraton ki cheekhen sun ke aaya tha....:rofl::lol:

I wonder what the 200 million Indian Muslims feel about this as we all know this "support" comes from hatred for Muslims and nothing else. Alienate your Indian Muslims who in my experience have been really patriotic to India, for Israel. :-)
I want to know whether muslims only feel for muslims or they have feelings for others ?

I understand your point. I know it. Your point is muslims only care for muslims and no one else. Lets see what those muslims feel about pakistani hindus. if they dont have a feeling for them, then we will be clear that muslims only feel for muslims and no one else.

If you take a collective responsibility, then you must get ready for collective criticism.

So please don't push your opinion on someone throat as you are just a common poster like others. Gotta to know all this from diif diff threads and Indians crying about it.

mostly your Awaam is close to Jews because of their hate towards muslim ... at least there is something which you both share from history ... was once been under rule of muslims

The same can be said about you that you hate Jews and us alike because of your hatred of every community that has resisted your invasions or refused to become you

Sorry mate, i havent got the context of this post...... (i dont remember posting in this thread)

@Ravi Nair you got some idea?

It's just interesting that we see all those Indian keyboard warriors here writing one anti-Muslim post after the other (almost competing in who can write the most anti-Islamic and dumbest post) whenever something happens in the Muslim world or a Muslim farts yet we rarely hear such attitudes against the Muslims of India. Are those Muslims of India a certain special breed that we other Muslims do not know about yet? Are they superior Muslims in other words? I thought they were Muslims like all other Muslims out there whether in India or China.

Anyway why is it that the Indian government has recognized Palestine yet 90% of all Indian users here are vehemently against Palestinian independence and were the biggest cheerleaders when Israel was killing CIVILIAN Palestinians in the hundreds and thousands.

Yet ironically those people try to convince us that it is us that got a problem and not them. Funny because I am yet to hear Arabs talk about Hindus in such manners other than not considering them as faithful or people of the Book. Other than that I am yet to hear about a single hate crime involving Arabs and Hindus. Yet some of them think that Arabs are "out there to get them".

They don't say anything about the indian Muslims becuase they are in the habit of burning them alive in places like Gujraat.

Islamists hate the 'other.'

But they have slaughtered more Muslims in the past decade than any other religion combined.

I presume he was insulting you. I can't get anything other than that.

Actually when the Israel-Palestine conflict broke out, the majority of online comments surprisingly supported Palestine.

I say surprisingly because online Indians tend to shift heavily towards the Hindutva crowd.

But yes, the Hindutva elements were always there and it grew bigger in response to the Islamism. You see the same phenomenon in Burma and Sri Lanka with Buddhist nationalists.

I think you mean subjectively incorrect. You can argue the current cataclysm in Iraq, Syria and others are a flow on effect from short sighted western interventions.

You are being intellectually dishonest and your example is weak. That is all.
