So what's the big deal? Is that breaking news? Pakistan has been training officers and cadets of many countries since ages. In 2015-16 alone, Pakistan's Command and Staff College in Quetta has trained 36 foreign officers including those from Afghanistan, USA, China, Saudi Arabia etc and one from UK.
