a news show i think last year went to the military academy and there were officers from british army as part of sandhurst and pma exchange so its been happening for a while.

In 2015-16 alone, Pakistan's Command and Staff College in Quetta has trained 36 foreign officers including those from Afghanistan, USA, China, Saudi Arabia etc and one from UK.

No one here said it is breaking news. That is something you are making out of it.
