Breaking News: China seeks India's help to stop US' bullying tactics

Who cares about the video, its the article that matters and honestly wire is a media house that slanders the current govt at every chance it gets. Not just wire, financial express, economic times and the hindu (far left newspaper, pen newspaper for Civil services aspirants) are also reporting the same.
and BTW, .in is much more relevant than .pk and CCP controlled .cn
:argh::argh::blah::blah::blah:

Breaking news should be - Bhutan seeks India's help to stop China and China seeks Pakistan's help to stop India

Let him be. He is a Troll.

Before people shout "Indian Source".. Let me just add "the wire" is one of the most credible news source in India.

It is likely true that China wants to co-operate with India against US sanctions. But then again, that's a funny title and a good way to spin it off : )

I also don't understand how this is in any way something new. India and China have historically been unified over trade regulation against west.

Yes but the two nations are not coming together as equals anymore.

India recognizes the rise of China and it as the new economic pole.

This is no longer the US propping up India against China.

This is India playing both the US and China, and China double-dealing with India.

The Russian deal was very carefully thought out.

And now this.

This is a rebalancing, and messaging.

@Indus Pakistan
I was sitting down to dinner recently with someone pretty senior in the US government. In my sphere. But not a technocrat.

It's pretty clear that the US knows that China is challenging them. Being if Indian origin, she also minced no words about how far China is ahead of us in the game.

This is not an India China thing. This is a US China thing, with India positioning herself carefully.

Cheers, Doc

With a large population and growing economy, India is a player that both China and US are keen to recruit and at least prevent it from being recruited to the other side. China should be quite happy as long as India stays neutral.

It appears that India’s elite class is very conscious that it is not and will never truly be part of US’ camp. Staying neutral and benefiting from both sides is the best play.

What massively colours the Indian psyche is the fact that in the cold war as well as our wars with Pakistan, America has been standing on the opposite side.

They sanctioned us.

They wargamed nuking us.

The current ruling generation and the one that will take over (40s to 50s) are both children of that era.

Being suspicious of America is hardwired in our DNA. Current balancing and changing realities notwithstanding.
