(Breaking) China moves to end Hong Kong's autonomy

Listen smart arse, it is their LAND, they can do anything they like there. You can take intentional law and shove it up where the sun doesn't shine.
You should have asked him where was the international law when they were invading china and forcing the Chinese to take opium and then starting the opium war?

.
Voting for your own leader & not interfering in local politics is considered basic autonomy. China doesn't even let Hong Kong have it.
What are you talking about? This was the pan democratic party made it clear they don't want the universal suffrage of the CE election because they want no restriction on the candidate which is impractical IMO (Which country on this earth have no restriction on candidate when electing their leader?). Also I don't to be mean to you but do you see the world as black and white? What politics in this world have no outside influence, even the USA have been meddling our HK politics still today. Don't play wording on me, the power of HK autonomy come from the Chinese constitution, and today China have every right to implement laws through the People congress since this is written in the Basic law, and it doesn't violate our high degree of autonomy.

7 armies invaded China and looted it like jackals on a body. Then no one talks about christian missionaries who were backed by western alliance and wreaked havoc. China lost more people than the casualties of WW1 and WW2 combined.

Where was international law when US invaded Iraq, bombed Libya, droned yemen, bombed hospitals in Afghanistan?

Our Chinese friends are too nice why dont you show them what their true face is?

The heck u on about? Most hongkongers that marched on the streets couple of months ago were against an extradition bill that would let people be extradited to the mainland.

.
By doing this China is breaking it's treaty promise.
May not seem like a big deal to China, since it has never been a country of law, but for the rest of the world it signals that China cannot be trusted as they will never honor their agreements.

Signing of the bill by the US supporting hong kong protests was a direct interference in a territory handed over to China. The west violated this agreement.

When the US supports some 'protesters' in libya, syria, nicaragua, or hong kong it basically means the CIA is on it.
So China has little choice.

What is most according to you? (don't tell me the one or two million BS) Also the extradition bill had been withdrew and did you actually read the treaty bill on what condition they have to be extradited. I tell you one thing the extradition bill was supposedly safeguarded by our HK court where the accuser can always appeal and if the Court think the evidence is not enough or that is politically or religious motivated, the accuser won't able to extradite to China.

.
If China goes ahead with this and also keeps its aggressive stand on Indian border than it's time Taiwan starts worrying. Because it seem Xi Ping is thinking about a massive legacy

.
Its funny how Trump regime bootlickers complain about China "violating treaties" in response to mounting efforts by the Trump regime to support terrrorism and crimes in China and anti Chinese indoctrination and propaganda schemes that violate not just international laws but the very treaty they always cry about.

They try to stab and beat you and when your defend yourself they cry opression and violence and for protection by the law.

.
Good luck with that. The Hong Kong protesters actually managed to struck down a pro-ccp bill.

You are mistaking Beijing with the HK legislature which is incapable of passing anything. China is not subject to HK public pressure, regardless if the protestors destroy the entire city, Beijing will implement what's necessary to safeguard it's sovereignty.

Could you show me the part of the treaty that says that the US could not pass a resolution in support of the people of HK?

China has very clearly violated its obligations.

Under the concept of state sovereignty, no state has the authority to tell another state how to control its internal affairs.

Facts are facts
Why People Ignore Facts
According to their theory of reasoning, reason’s primary strengths are justifying beliefs we already believe in and making arguments to convince others. While this kind of reasoning helps us cooperate in a social environment, it does not make us particularly good at truth-seeking

So the Hong Kongers violent rioting caused the exact opposite of what they wanted.
I am hoping they implement the law almost immediately.

If China attack today, maybe they will lost 5,000 troops. If China attack in 2025, they will lost only 1,000 troops at max.
So just enjoy, time is siding with us :D

I know that most of you guys don't have Google or have it's result heavily altered but please do some ****!ng research.
Thankfully most Chinese as you said don't have Google. Anyone who Googles will have only one side of the story and we don't want that.
That does mean, your story is one sided.

Poor guy, he uses Google and he's brainwashed.

HK is a financial hub. They're not peasants from tibet that beijing can push around without any consequences The Hong kongers can just block traffic & beijing will lose billions.
