Its a bill that only protects Israel. You can still boycot whoever you like but not Israel since now its considered a felony(a relatively serious crime that can lead you to jail)

boycott means practically
Criticize means verbally

This Bill cant effect too much, you are still free to criticize anyone due to freedom of speech
boycott for what ? for "Israeli goods and services".. if you are business man or a shop keeper you are free to purchase anything & free to do business with any product either Israeli or not. what if some one dont purchase Israeli's goods and dont hire Israeli services in U.S & says that i am already having a deal with an other company product or already have good understanding with Non-Isreali person for the services.

i have never seen the Anti-U.S Bill like this in my entire life.

stop your production in U.S & call the same product from Israel.
fire the Brain Drain and hire the Israeli... this is what you did in Bill.
