If you look at the cycle we have months of relative calm then a short period of a grouping of terrorist action either against civilian or soldiers and then as army responds those people are killed then it goes calm for Many more months

After the attack on the Quetta mosque, the next spate of terrorist action is/was due to start
But we have Hunted down at least 3 groups of terrorists now


We need to target them in the training stages in Afghanistan


But hopefully we have broken their plans for the months ahead

Still not thinking offensively enough.

We have to target the NDS and R&AW officers giving them their missions. That is how you dissuade an adversary --- by raising the cost and introducing the fear of consequences.
