It appears as though the explosives were in great quantity because the impact is too strong. An explosive vest won`t be packing so much of power, if I compare the attack with the one carried out in Karachi Uni. This has to be something bigger.

True. It sounds similar to PTM propaganda of Taliban entering FATA again. But some security situation is taking place at Swat, and learned members may be able to elaborate further about its nature.
