BLA members involved in deadly ambush yesterday hunted down by ISI

seems like the last part--- is done in the beginning( the killings)........ and after the rebuilding of trust nd faith in system will come?
.....

while in kashmir we are still hanging to usless dialogue since 50 yrs?

In Kashmir, the stalemate will be broken when the Kashmiris lead from the front on the world stage.

While in Baluchistan, all parts have to be done simultaneously like a city with a police force that also needs to allocate spending for it annual programs and long term development. That is the burden and blessing of being in charge, you get to move on all fronts simultaneously. Building up the institutions while the law enforcement locate and hand over to the justice system the suspects that can be arrested. Those that engage in a pitched battle leave limited opportunity to take them in without the use of force. Even these elements, if caught should be prosecuted and punished according to the law if possible to strength the rule of law, a requirement for long term stability. Hence the need for a more robust justice system that doesn’t get bogged down in years of backlogs for all matters up to and including matters like these.

coward mushraf formula?

Not cowardly, you could call it “divide and conquer” (although once again the Baluchi people are our citizens so I don’t like to use the word “conquer”; all judicial and legal means should be used before the army has to be used).

Remove all the fence sitters and external elements and wipe out those that have to be eliminated once and for all.

The goal is to win conclusively not allow this to keep lingering on and on with incidents of Pakistan army forces being needless martyred every so often. We owe it to the people of Baluchistan and the armed forces to use all elements of state craft to resolve this matter.

I don’t think this is a cowardly methodology but a responsible one. You would want the army to do that same in your area if a group of suspects were thought to be there. I don’t think this is any different.
