They are "well" used. So, will be suprised if there are any takers for them. Remember, they are selling them for a reason. If a country as rich as Kuwait has issue maintaining militaryt equipment, then you know it is time to stay away from them.

It will never happen...during this 4 years tenure. During the Trump time, congress tried to stop the deal and Trump vetoed it..even Israel is lobbying against it...That the first thing Biden did and it a good move to stop these killers..from having a potent system of arms..
