True. Op Parakram was a massive success for Pakistan. 800 of enemy soldiers died even without fighting a war. And then enemy had to back off to go back from its positions. It was a massive success.

Vast majority of soldier's died in de-mining operations.
The posturing for war must look real to make the enemy think it us going to happen and make him concede his policies.

The posturing costed enemy more than 800 soldier and then eventually forced the enemy to back off. It was a huge success for Pakistan.
