The Border Guard Bangladesh has stopped a construction by India's Border Security Force at the Lalmonirhat borders.
The proposed establishment is inside the Bangladesh territory, BGB officials say.
A talk between border forces of both countries will take place on Monday to find a way out of the impasse.
BGB 15 Battalion's chief Lt Col Bojlur Rahman Hayati said that the BSF has suspended work on the establishment in the face of BGB opposition.
A brick wall measuring about 200 metres in length has been constructed by the BSF, allegedly violating the No Man's Land on the Bangladesh side.
Locals have said that the BSF have been busy constructing a new camp for a few days.
They say that the camp falls on the Bangladesh side.
This has left Bangladesh citizens living near the border angry.
Lt Col Hayati accused the BSF of going ahead with such constructions for a while.
He said that the border forces from the countries will meet on Monday and discuss the issue.
