I rarely post YouTubes, but this is a good one for the technically-minded regarding the F-35. The guy explains some of the procedures for operating the STOVL version, and you can get a feel for the wizardry that went into the design, especially when dealing with vertical flight. The computer layer between pilot and aircraft has dramatically reduced the work loading.
