British - Handshake

Indian - Namaste

Bangladesh/pakistan/Arab? - Salam

East Asia- Bow

French - La bise

My favorite is the french way of greeting la bise. Like where else do you get to kiss a girl you are meeting for the first time?

Bowing is not really necessary at all, it is more of a formal thing.

Like when I bow in front of the graves of my ancestors, I will do three bows.

But for meeting people on a daily basis there is no need. Saying hello is more than enough.
