Meer Sahib, good formula but the problem is we're at the mercy of WAPDA and more so the political parties ! So its best if you contact them...hum kuch nahin kar saktei ! Try to write a letter to Imran Khan or someone from the PTI or write an article explaining this in DAWN, NEWS or some of the other newspapers of Pakistan !
