Turkey was never interested in the maritime border agreement between Albania and Greece and made a “really strong intervention” when it was signed, according to Albania’s then-prime minister and president Sali Berisha who gave an exclusive interview to EURACTIV.

I didn't know about that,I haven't watched the news much the last few days. So Berisha said that. I wonder if Rama leaves and Berisha gets back again,if we can turn Albania into more of a friend,although I doubt it since the Turkish influence is still strong there.
