Yes it does. Medium lift inventory includes 48 Mi 17 and 45 Pumas plus 32 Bell 412s, a total of 128 with 80% availability about a 100. I have not included the smaller utility helicopters.

Still the Twitt is BS. Even if it was not, I am totally fine with PA going in. PA has developed a pretty decent airborne capability. Can be useful in Kashmir.
