What realistically does you have to get this combo ? Really? If you are going by PDF members comments you are damn wrong.

Vietnam, Japan, SE countries, openly want a defence group with India just to contain you. They have publicly asked us so. But we have referained from joining them, as we have a policy of non alignment.

Now tell me when SL, BD openly asked you for a defence partnership to fight India? You are kidding. SL have a significatly large Tamil population, and BD too have a 11 pc Hindu population, who will make sure, they stay neutral.
