All ba and bcoms go to academies and crams lots of old papers and essay.
The paper of CSS is almost the same every year. Everyone selects easy subjects which are of no use..
And they become civil servants working in forign office or deal8ng with the affairs of economy..
Subjects should be decreased and only people who have done masters in certain field should only be to give CSS paper for a particular field.
I don't know who has destroyed this.
It is shame really.
We can only hope pm is still with ishrat hussain.. He has worked a lot on reforms. It would be difficult to implement now..when you have so many problems you don't want to invite more but this needs to be fixed..

The most disgusting thing is that those BA pass morons go into foreign office just by reading one or two books on IR. They don't know jack about diplomacy. Just look how fbr officials are turning on fire by the appointment of shabbar zaidi.
Is he some radical or something..
All he want is to reform and we even don't know how much he can achieve but all of the fbr is quivering..
Even challenging the authority of pm.
Imran khan has suffered more at the hands of buracracy then anyone and of he didn't sort them out then they would bite him and US common Pakistanis in the end.
