Bangladeshi hackers take down JI's website

RAWALPINDI: “সাইবার ৭১ (Cyber 71), -We Hack to Protect Bangladesh,” was the message left by hackers on the official website of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan on Tuesday.

The official website of the religio-political party was allegedly hacked by Bangladesh hackers on Tuesday, warning the party to stop interfering in the internal affairs of their country.

Besides mocking the JI by posting funny pictures and cartoons on the web page, the hackers also left the following message,

“Hello Pakistan Jammat.. !! Got hacked again? One more time take wish from CyBER 71. don’t be scared.. You must have heard about us on server administrator, News paper , Tv channel headlines , blogs , online news media, blah blah..”

The messaged further reads, “Msg: We r giving the warning not to interfere in our internal facts.. Dont force us to come back again,” adding that, “Its not a request, Its warning.”

When contacted, JI Secretary Information Sajjad Abbasi confirmed that the site had been hacked and that they were trying to restore it soon.

The JI has staged protests in Pakistan and held funeral prayers in absentia over the execution of senior JI Bangladesh members.

Abbasi added that the website contained information about the party’s activities throughout the country and its agenda, adding that the website also carries JI’s history, achievements and directions for party workers.

“We have expert computer engineers who will restore it within no time,” he claimed. However, the site was inaccessible hours after the hacking.

JI spokesperson Dr Fareed Paracha claimed that the ‘Indian lobby’ was active behind such activities and that the people of Bangladesh love the party and support their cause. “Sheikh Haseena Wajid’s government in connivance with Indian lobby is behind such steps,” he said.

What is your reason of hatred towards India and Israel...the so called death or killings of Muslims in their respective country...neither of those country have invaded yours killed millions of Bangladeshis or raped your mothers and sisters....and your ally is a country responsible for such heinous crimes. Similarly the Pakistanis sees a hero in Ahmad Shah Abdali, Timur, Mahmud of Ghaznavi...where as history shows they were responsible mass killing in the regions of present day Pakistan.

Bangladesh's problem with Pakistan is over and we hate those incidents happened. But present day our country has many issues forward. With India also. Not with Pakistan anymore. So we can ally with Pakistan, China and other countries with common causes.

Bangladeshis have exaggerated love for Palestine. Its humanitarian. BD promotes this. As we fought against Israel, also dont believe in its existence. Media and masque plays a role.
