Bangladesh To Manufacture New Assault Rifles Locally

Shouldn’t recoil depend on gun chamber, barrel and other factors than magazine length?

As @Arthur posted the size of the rounds matter significantly. However longer the gun barrel , better the accuracy. 7.62x39mm is a pretty standard round for AK type rifles. I believe U.S Military prefers 5.56 Nato high pressurized rounds as they are smaller and lighter thereby helping the soldiers carry more. 7.62x54mm is the round used in 303 rifle, American M1, and Russian Mosin Nagant type of older rifles. 7.62x54r mm Russian Mosin Nagant recoil kicks like a mule, amazingly accurate at longer distance even without a scope , and very easy to maintain.
