China did not offer J-10 to us.They only offered Pakistan and I doubt they will sell it to us.

I would love to see Su-35 in Bangladesh,but its too expensive+maintenance cost is high.

Let's see we can get hand on F-16C/D Block-50+,although I am not in favour of it.US is one place we should avoid buying from.

Pakistan offered JF-17,its economically possible but don't think AL will approve it.

Your observation is correct and question is how could we overcome such situation? That is the reason we need multi layer SAM to protect our airspace and defense assets and perhaps create a protective envelope for our own airforce.

Considering Indian air capability and our limited airspace, first we need to make sure our aircrafts and installation are safe from Indian air and missile threat. Without at least limited protection against Indian capability our airforce, no matter how good aircraft we have will not be effective even in defending our sky.

So we need to build multi layer(low, mid and high) air defense systems. The SAM we have provide very very limited defense on low layer. And new purchase planned would provide enhanced low level and perhaps very very limited mid level coverage. And we have long way to go.

Yes you are right.
The other day I was watching a video in youtube.It showed Serbians shot down stealth US bomber using SAM with probably low frequency.
We also need to improve our RADAR too,ASAP.

SU 35 is expensive as price and for maintenance. I doubt Russia will sell such platfom over its trusted customer India.

Goal should not be countering one to one but making sure enemy knows price to pay will be detrimental.

This is an interesting development regardless of whether they are procuring offensive or defensive weapons. Is Sheikh Hasina going the same way as her father and trying to distance herself from India? I am sure there is some military pressure behind this because the previous army chief Gen. Mashud procured hardly anything for the military so these are well overdue.

Well bangladesh already under nuclear umbrella through NPT. We cant be attacked by any NUKES???

AL is surely getting pressure from the military... other-wise it wouldn't be a long list... She would not disatisfy the military other-wise the case would turn out like the assassination of Sheikh Mujib!!
