ISLAMABAD (Online) - The leader of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf Ayela Malik has decided to challenge the decision of her disqualification by Election Tribunal in the high court.
Aiyla Malik, who is also the candidate from NA-71, said in her statement that her disqualification is conspiracy against the people of the constituency.
She said that elements are behind her disqualification those always deprived people of their rights in the history of the country. As a matter of fact they do not want that Pakistan may progress.
The privileged classes of Mianwali wish to confiscate the rights of poor people, she said.
She said that Election Tribunal disqualified all the candidate from the constituency but kept the membership of PML(N)s Ubaid Ullah Shadikhel intact.
On my application , Election Tribunal sought the record against Shadikhel from NAB , but no reply was received yet, which proved that some powerful elements want to sideline PTI, but the party would continue its fight against those exploiting forces and never let the ground open for them, she added.
