Was it a specific faction of the TTP that did it? How did they narrow in on these ten in particular? TTP as a whole is responsible, right? Or are these the fellows who planned it?

In any case, if these are the ones responsible, I hope the PA shoves a red hot metal rod in them. I promise to send a crate of Johnny Walker to anybody who does that.

BTW was the shooter arrested? I seem to remember some news that his family was distancing themselves from him.
