as of September 2, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s approval ratings were the highest among thirteen world leaders surveyed by US-based global leader approval tracker Morning Consult. The survey data is updated on a weekly basis.

At 70 per cent, PM Modi is ahead of Mexican president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, US President Joe Biden, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also has the lowest disapproval rating among adults. Of the adults surveyed in India, 25 per cent disapproved of him.

PM Modi had the highest approval rating among the thirteen global leaders surveyed last week as well, according to Morning Consult's data. However, in June this year, his approval rating had dipped to 66 per cent. This was nearly a 20-point dip from August 2019 when his rating stood at 82 per cent.

METHODOLOGY USED FOR SURVEY
Political Intelligence is Morning Consult’s proprietary platform that provides real-time polling data on elections, elected officials and voting issues. Morning Consult conducts more than 11,000 daily interviews globally about leadership approval and 5,000 daily interviews with registered voters in the United States, about the presidential and congressional elections.

The daily global survey data is based on a 7-day moving average of all adults in a given country with a margin of error of between +/- 1-3%. All interviews are conducted online, among nationally representative samples of adults. (In India, the sample is representative of the literate population).

Surveys are weighted in each country by age, gender, region, and, in certain countries, education breakdowns based on official government sources. In the United States, surveys are also weighted by race and ethnicity. Respondents complete these surveys in languages appropriate for their countries.

Professional translation firms in each country conduct translation and localisation.

Extremism is rampant in India, the majority there want a Hindu dominant state where Muslims and Christians are kept under their shoes, blamed for all the issues with the country. Modi as a leader is perfect for converting India into Hindu Republic of India. He is currently doing with India what Zia Ul Haq did to Pakistan back in 1970s and destroyed the country.

It just tells you the values of the majority of Indians - fascist and genocidal for which they are happy to be.
posting comments like “we don’t care” only enforces the nazi image of the Indian people.

Not surprised as majority of indians are dumb morons filled with hate.

India literally begged for international assistance during its COVID crisis, I doubt any other country had such huge mismanagement of its health sector. Not to mention the drastic fall of Indian economy.

This approval rating only proves Hindutva radicalization in India is going way above all consciences.

Only satisfaction they could take from the whole Kashmir situation is by telling themselves that India is being ruled by a Nazi and Kashmir is undergoing genocide. Entire world have learned to ignore their ramblings.
