Pulling rikshaw isn't that bad , as every legal job is fine and to be respected. At least rikshaw pullers aren't stealing money, but earning by their labour.

I think it is the question of mutual respect. Many of us Indians have been guilty of name calling Bangladeshis (as you are unfortunately doing as well). When that happens, it leaves a bad taste in their mouths and they would want to exact revenge for that with such statements.
Bangladesh can be a very good friend for India and frankly its leadership is supportive of India. Lets not make things difficult for them.

Some of your fellow Indian are too offensive. If anyone is criticising the wrong doing of India , they are tagging them as Jamati.

Even people who are extremely anti Jamati , are jamatis for them, only because they criticize the wrong doing of Indian govt.

Surely such behaviours aren't going to improve between the relationship between the people of the two countries.

The best way to defeat any 'falseflagger' is to not fall in their trap. If we keep replying in sane manner, their efforts will be frustrated and they will stop.
