getting debt wasnt Ishaq Dar bad things others long list of stupid things were
problem was getting debt yet not able to acheive good growth..

it will be difficult for Asad Umar to work in populist govt..he would be a failure, if IK doesnt let him do tuff reforms like privitzation, liberalization, stricter tax reforms, not protecting the rupee (which results in greater uncertain rupee crashes) and more debt for development projects
