Article 245 Government buildings are under army protection

Under article 245 government buildings are under army protection, this is the state of Red Zone, I would like to ask all follow members that if under this article all government buildings are under army then why did police start shelling if the people started to go near the Presidential House and why didn't the army respond?

Wake up? How? IK and TUQ are calling them yet they think they are dictators or stupids. None of them even asked where is our President? Where's justice? If in less than a day government can lodge an FIR then why can't normal citizens do that?
