Arrogant High Court Judge, Peshawar High Court

On 27 May at around 1800 hrs a high court judge namely Ikramul haq came in his car along with escort at Bannu cantt gate to go to circuit house. As per SOP he was stopped at gate for verification n clearance as no adv intimation of his arr was made. After 45 seconds the gate inch went to tell him that now you are clear to go in, the mighty judge came out of the car n said " you go n fight on border, if blast occurred v ll be the sufferer, I don't want to talk to you I ll talk to your Comd". The mighty judge stopped his car n escort at the same very site thus blocking the cantt rd n gate n left by foot. He also sent notice to Bde Comd to appear before him n clarify the sit.




Today out of all the indls called only DC appeared. The judge has issued fol orders
-Contempt of court
-All incl Comd to b produced, failing which they should b arrested
-IS allce to b stopped
-Army ops are illegal in settled area
-Portion of Bxu cantt security to b given to police

[Chairman Imran Khan's statement on Peshawar High Court stay against Dispute Resolution Committees]

Chairman Imran Khan today expressed dismay over the stay order granted by the Peshawar High Court against the Dispute Resolution Committees formed in KP at village levels in the local thanas. These comprised juries of the citizens and sat in the thanas to resolve disputes.
Khan said these Committees were part of the PTI Manifesto commitment to bring cheap and ready justice to the poor at their doorstep so they can avoid the brutality and financially debilitating impact of the thana-kutchery culture.

Khan said the local people in villages were happy with this easy access to justice through the Dispute Resolution Committees in the local thanas. For the PHC to give a stay order halting the functioning of these Committees was undemocratic as PTI was elected on its Manifesto promises which it was implementing in KP.

Khan reiterated that providing the ordinary citizen with easy and cheap access to justice was a core commitment of PTI. For too long the poor have been held hostage to the thana-kutchery culture and denied justice. PTI was altering that through the setting up of the Dispute Resolution Committees at the grassroots' village levels in local thanas in KP. The stay order of the PHC will once again deny the poor this access to easy dispute resolution and justice. Khan said PTI will fight to have the PHC stay vacated as early as possible.

Judiciary is now pro TTP and Pro india while trying to get out from inferiority complex. These drunk judges don't deserve any respect as failed in thier duty.

Except a few, these judges are ****oles. They will pull you in on contempt of court but ask them valid questions and in their high arrogance, wont respond.

Judiciary was given respect under Iftikhar Chaudry reinstatement campaign. But Iftikhar Chaudry's own conduct proved judiciary does not deserve respect. It has to earn it first.

Following is the 2nd and Detailed Notice Released by Chief Justice Inam Ul Haq of Peshawar High Court Today as the Brigade Commander of the 325 Brigade of Pak Army did not appear in court over the first notice, concerning the subject that the Chief Justice was checked at Bannu Cantonment Entry Just Like Normal Public on 27 May 2015 on his visit to Bannu Bench of Peshawar High Court.
