If you have a hard time understanding English, let me dumb it down for you. Imran Khan spends majority of his time at his principal residence, which is in Bani Gala, and Bani Gala is in Islamabad. Islamabad is a Federal Territory with a separate Police Force which is under the command of the Interior Ministry and not KPK Provincial Government. It is the Islamabad Police and not KPK Police, that has the jurisdiction of arresting Imran Khan since he is residing in Islamabad.

Was that dumb enough for you, or do you want me to further dumb it down.

Do you know how many notices and warnings have already been issued to IK in this case? How many times he has promised to turn up but hasn't? How long this case has been on going?

Just do a quick search and you'll know why it was about time some actual action was taken.
