(Web Desk) - Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif visited Inter-Services Intelligence Headquarters in Islamabad today (Tuesday) and held a meeting with its chief Lieutenant General Zaheer-ul-Islam, the ISPR reported.

The Army Chief was briefed about the internal and external security situation of the country.

General Raheel Sharif appreciated the role of the country’s prime intelligence agency in maintaining national security.

He said the officers and men of the armed forces have rendered marvelous services for protecting national security and never hesitated to lay their lives defence of the country.

General Raheel Sharif, Chief of Army Staff visited Directorate General Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) today. On arrival at Headquarters, Lieutenant General Zahir ul Islam, DG ISI received COAS. He was given detailed briefing on internal and external security situation of the country. COAS appreciated the role of ISI towards national security and lauded the contributions and sacrifices of its officers and men towards strengthening the defence of the motherland.

They also cannot register the case , A treason case can only be registered if the state files for it , no other person or authority even Supreme Court has any authority to register treason case .

Now it's getting pretty obvious that the Govt and Army is standing face to face.....
No statement from the govt whatsoever clearly shows that whatever the tv channel showed is supported by the govt.

They can ask , even you can ask .. but it is the state you have the authority to file , if they choose not to then Court can do nothing .
