so homies what you think which unit of Military is most valuable in War (valuable in battlefield, not in price)

is it Army Airforce or Navy

definitely the army... though airforce can cause major and quick damage but its the army that actually 'captures' the area...

Depends on the terrain. But Navy is USUALLY the least important.

But even Navy can be especially important to block off supplies etc because there is only so much you can transport by air.

Air Force is usually more important than Army. But here is the caveat, you cannot deploy Air Force everywhere.

Army is as important as it is fragile. All three wings are very important, but terrain and zone decides what's MOST important.

Well it's the terrain and the prevailing conditions that decide who is the most. Anyways we can say army indeed is very important. You can't apply Air force everywhere.

I'll give an example related to chess

Airforce is like the queen, it can strike in every direction at a very long range and moves very fast but there is usually less of it than the army and more valuable.

Army is like the pawns, it is more in numbers than the other forces and can protect each other better but their movement is slow and strike range is limited.

The Navy is like the Knights, it can only move in a set pattern (On sea) and is relatively faster than the army but still has limited use.

it's airforce for me look at the case of israel they had a far smaller military yet they still dominated the arabs despite being so much smaller because of total air superiority .

Navy shows the strenght of a nation.................you cannot attack a nation hundreds of thousands of miles away with army or airforce............for that you need Navy.
Navy also have air wing............includes fighter planes and also marine commandos as Marcos in case of India.....which can attack from sea and can capture land.

But to hold on to that land you need army................you need tanks etc.

Airforce is used for air support and clearing the way for army to preceed
