I ask this because i was bored one day, and typed 'pakistan' into ebay to see what i could come up with.
I got a lot of results back, and something struck me, a lot of the results are pakistan antiques, and precious stones being sold from other countries, such as France, and Australia.
This bothers me, because these artifacts are part of our heritage and should be properly catalogued and displayed. Instead, we have people from Australia, and the US coming to Mohenjo daro, digging it up, finding something valuable and important, and returning to their homes to sell their finds on Ebay for a quick buck.
There needs to be some regulation to stop this, or else we will have more people coming, disturbing the fragile ruins to find an artifact they can sell, which damages us in many ways.
Is there any way to contact the authorities in Pakistan to stop this trading of our history?
Examples of stuff being sold right now on Ebay (they always change, and some could be fakes)
