For 70 years Arabs have been fighting Israel. Now they are normalizing because fighting is fruitless
They haven't been fighting for 70 years the vast majority of them just gave up and left the Palestinians to fend for themselves and it's not surprising considering the vast majority of those Muslim nations are ruled by despotic tyrants and dictators.
Not one Muslim democracy has chosen to establish relations with Israel other than Turkey and that happened under a dictatorship whereas under democratic rule their relationship has drastically deteriorated over the years.
That should tell you something.
Most Muslim nations aren't ruled in accordance with the wishes of their own people.
By all means engage in a 'Total War' which would result in a victory for Israel. Combined Arab Armies in 1967 and 1973 were clobbered by Israel.
They weren't clobered by Israel they were clobbered by Western nations like the US, France and Britain who went through massive military buildups during WWII and then redirected it against a poor and ill equipped Arab League.
Israel on is own is sh*t like when they invaded the Suez Canal alongside the French and British in 1956 but once the US threatened the latter two Israel could do nothing alone and backed off as well.
The gap has only widened now in favor of Israel and Egypt/Jordan will not be joining the war like they did in 1967 and 1973
I agree with you that most Arab nations are run by cowardly despots only interested in securing their own rule not aiding Palestinians.
However, in terms of economic or military advantages the Arab League has Israel far outmatched.
The Arab League's combined GDP is $2.8 Trillion USD with 406 Million people whereas Israel is a nation of about 10 million with a GDP of approximately $0.394 Trillion USD
If both spent 5% of their GDP on an armed force Israel would have a budget of $20 Billion USD whereas the Arab League would have a budget of $140 Billion.
That divide is only going to widen even further in favor of the Arabs.
If you think Israel will win against that on its own you're delusional.
Almost 20% of Israel's total military budget comes from direct US military AID while the country gets another $8 Billion in US loan guarantees.
Israel survives off the patronage of the US but how long do you think that's going to last?
You can already see it happening across the West, people are increasingly turning on Israel particularly in the US.
Massive protests, the largest in British history relating to this conflict, just having taken place in both the UK the other day.
200,000 in London
Other large protests occurring across the US like 3,000 in Michigan:
Multiple top candidates for the recent 2020 Democrat Presidential nominee having skipped the AIPAC conference something that was unthinkable in the past:

Growing debate in the Democrat controlled Senate against financing and arming Israel:

An increasing shift towards putting more pressure on Israel among Democrats even the Republicans see a slight shift up as well but their party is dying anyways and if hey refuse to change with the times they'll eventually go extinct:
Canadians overwhelmingly rejecting the idea that criticism of Israel is anti-Semitic:
PART 3: CANADIANS REJECT BRANDING CRITICISM OF ISRAEL AS ANTISEMITIC
The typical radical Jew tricks aren't working on people anymore and people in the West are fed up having to finance that sh*thole at the cost of their own population, national security, trade and image.
However the greatest threat to Israel isn't going to come from the Arabs it'll come from Muslim democracies fed up with having to stare at a map and see radical Jews occupying Palestine.
There's a lot more to this but suffice it to say, paraphrasing Ehud Barak, "Israel is on a slippery slope to doom"
