We reserve it for their military targets. Israel is not the one launching cross-border attacks against us. Afghanistan has been doing it half a century.

We need to bomb all their military bases and outposts and their transport routes. Only then can we put an end to that pest.

I wasn’t suggesting Pakistan get involved in Mideast conflict, unless they (Arabs) themselves unf**k themselves. We were just discussing geographically and tactical advantage in case of war.

As far as Afghanistan is concerned, there is only one way to fix that issue. Loya Pakistan. Throughout history these land were geographically together ruled by some King, Emir, warlords or Khan. Anything else is neither realistic nor bring success or peace.

There's a time and place for everything. Do you want him to outright say "let's nuke Israel"? How do you think that will go? He made the right points. Why aren't the OIC and Arab leaders taking stronger stances against Israel and other Muslim issues first and foremost? He called out the leaders of those countries, and rightfully so.

The arab journalist painted the question that muslim countries should share the Pakistan's nuclear umbrella in case Israel actually uses nuke against Iran, NOT that Pakistan should pre-empt Israel.

And Imran Khan responded in the most proper way. Where are the Arab leaders during their part? Where is the OIC? Why aren't they taking the lead and making steps for Muslim unity first?

Everything agreed, except for the religious commonality and diversity part. Pakistanis have lots in common outside our religion.

All but three of our languages belong to the same Indo-Iranic language family. Practically all of our ethnic groups have some degree of Indo-Iranic steppe migrants from the Bronze Age.

Although ethnically diverse, most of our ethnic groups are related. Even despite our common ancestors lived on the Eurasian steppes and forests, not modern Pakistan.

Turks do not constitute an ethnic group, rather a linguistic group deriving from Hellenic, Semitic, Iranic, Caucasian and Balkan sources.

Arabs today are a linguistic group. And even amongst Gulf Arabs, there are tribal and state divisions. The Chinese are ethnically diverse.

For example the Mandarin and Cantonese speakers. Amongst the Mandarin Chinese, there are also dialectal and perhaps even tribal differences as in the case of Germans.

I've heard this repeatedly from the Han Chinese that China is ethnically a very diverse country. So it's not a wonder that internal conflicts do occur from time to time such as what we see in Hong King.

Do you want me to post the article "Ethnicity and Provincialism in Pakistan" here? It's a 1970s article arguing the Pakistani identity is more than just religion. Or theism.

China is diverse but Han's dominate their society. Fun fact: A lot of Chinese people who aren't originally Han now call themselves Han, the Chinese government is perfectly fine with this as this promotes unity.

I could be wrong about this but what I have gathered from interacting with Turks is that their governments have successfully brainwashed their people into believing that there are only three ethnic groups in Turkey and they are Turks, Kurds and Arabs(Syrian refugees). All the non-Kurd and non-Arabs over there consider themselves to be "Turks".

Israel is advanced technologically but gets lots of it's funds from Americans, so it's not entirely self-sufficient. Moreover, Israel lacks the manpower to take on a much larger military. So in that sense Pakistan has advantages. Yes there is an economic crisis in Pakistan, but i am claiming outside such problems, Pakistan can take on Israel as it has sufficient manpower & firepower.

You do know that Pakistani pilots took part in Arab Israeli wars and shot down a number of Israeli planes without causalities from their side, right?

Yeah Israel does get a lot of its funds from america but thats only going to make it worse for us in a war, if we have a good economy then we might just win but with our current condition i doubt we'll hold past 48 hours. I know of a Pakistani pilot that shot down a Mirage and two bombers (Vautours?), and a little bit later left Jordan in a truck, since Jordan ran out of Hawker Hunters…

I was challenging your claim on self-reliance. They are self-reliant to a degree. In the current economic sitution. Well maybe but 48 hours is an exaggeration. Israelis would have plenty of targets to hit. It could last for weeks to months.

That's happened in other countries as well. Smaller populations assimilated into the larger one or vice vera. So I wouldn't be surprised if it happened for China.
