an increase in albumine blood levels (if i'm not wrong ) can be the cause for ex.

Like? I think we are talking about patient who already have an enlarged prostate and symptoms associated with it. Why would you perform tests to rule out other causes?

U got me wrong mate. what i was saying is that its too early to say anything and worry the guy .

the one and only way to determine whether his father has prostate cancer or not is by biopsy . not blood tests .

increase in TPSA and decrease in free psa can be the result of an innocent increase in Albumin level .

also this can be just a lab fail .

we have bad experience with doctors... we spent 3m rupees for my sister... Doctors said she will be alright.. nothing to worry.... she is in bed for 21 days... we spent almost 3Mln .. when she suppose to die..they said take her to some other hospital... that what caused for my worry..

Sorry to hear that mate. But you do not panic, everything will be alright. It's sad how doctors have started misusing their profession to loot common people even in India.
