The National Investigating Agency is piecing together a dossier and it has startling details about the coming together of the Tehrik-e-Taliban and the ISIS which has managed to recruit around 300 Indian youth into both these outfits. The NIA which will also file an FIR will rely heavily on the dossier it will put out with the help of the Intelligence Bureau. The dossier which will revolve around the birth of the Ansar-ul-Tawhid also exposes the game plan of the ISI which had intentionally told Indian based terrorists to speak out against them to give an impression that they are not being backed by Pakistan.

NIA sources shared details of the dossier and it points to a deadly combination of three major operatives namely Sultan Abdul Kadir Armar, Gul Mariacar and Yasin Bhatkal. All the three men hail from South India. While Armar and Bhatkal are from Bhatkal in Karnataka, Mariacar is a Cuddalore based operative who was recently deported to India from Singapore after he was found to be recruiting Indians into the ISIS.

The NIA official says that these three have managed to recruit at least 300 youth into both the dreaded ISIS and the Tehrik-e-Taliban. The Indian Intelligence agencies and the National Investigating Agency give out startling details about the coming together of the Tehrik-e-Talian in Pakistan and the ISIS in a bid to set up a major base in India and launch a series of deadly attacks on Indian soil.

This has prompted the NIA to file an FIR against the ISIS and make a push for its ban. NIA sources say that they have at least 300 Indian youth under the scanner from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Kerala who have been recruited into both the Tehrik-e-Taliban and the ISIS. While around 125 have headed to the Tehrik-e-Taliban the rest are with the ISIS. The NIA however says that it is unclear as to how many have been involved in active combat but can say with a great deal of certainty that they are being trained as Fidayeen fighters in Pakistan, Syria and Iraq. Some of the youth are even in these countries to provide technical assistance to these outfits as they believe in a hardcore online campaign and even have several social media outlets to put forth their message.

Yasin Bhatkal had indicated during his interrogation that a new outfit was being formed and they were trying to break away from the ISI in Pakistan. The NIA says that the new outfit is called the Ansar-ul-Tawhid and the India operations of this group is being headed by the 39 year old Armar a resident of Bhatkal who trained at a seminary in Lucknow. He had in fact recently issued a call to the Indian Muslims to join the global jihad. He speaks about the plight of the Indian Muslims and tells them the importance of joining either the ISIS or the Tehrik-e-Taliban.

Armar who started out by recruiting for the Tehrik-e-Taliban is also actively involved in recruitments for the ISIS. The links between the Tehrik-e-Taliban and the ISIS was evident when the former was the first to support the call made by the latter to set up a Global Islamic Council and also declared the Caliphat.

The NIA says that a team would also visit Singapore which has become a stop over for ISIS recruits. The NIA has managed to get plenty of details about the Singapore operations of the ISIS through Gul Mariacar who was deported recently from there. He was the direct link to Armar who the NIA suspects is based in North Wazirstan. Mariacar was the man who arranged for a stop-gap job and also facilitated the travel arrangements of ISIS recruits from India. He was the same person who helped Haja Fakkruddin from Tamil Nadu who incidentally happened to be the first Indian recruit into the ISIS. Mariacar originally hails from the Paranagipettai village near Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu. The NIA in its dossier will rely on the interrogation of Mariacar who has said that he had helped youth from Kerala and Tamil Nadu joining the ISIS. Mohammad worked as a point man for those youth wishing to the join the ISIS. He was in touch with the youth who showed signs of being radical. At first he collected donations from them. Once they were ready to join he arranged their entry into Singapore. From Singapore they were flown into Syria and Iraq. He also says that he directly reported to Armar who facilitated recruitments into the Tehrik-e-Taliban also. He also says that most of the youth wishing to join the ISIS have settled in Singapore with work permits. We keep them in Singapore for three to four months and then dispatch them in batches to either Iraq and Syria Mariacar also tells his investigators.

The ISI game and the larger plan- The NIA says that the mushrooming of the ISIS in India and the several number of Indians getting attracted towards this cause needs to be stopped since it could blow into a full fledged problem when the West withdraws from Afghanistan. An NIA official who interrogated Yasin Bhatkal informed that he spoke a lot against the ISI and very often cursed them. However the fact is that the Indian Mujahideen remains on the rolls of the ISI and it cannot operate without them. What the ISI is planning is to create an impression that the Indian Mujahideen has broken up to form the Ansar-ul-Tawhid. The entire focus is on Afghanistan and the ISI wants as much control as possible of the region once the West leaves. However on the other hand it does not want to be identified with any of these outfits as it would not want the ire of the West. The ISI is well aware that all these youth from India who will be trained by the ISIS and the Tehrik-e-Taliban will eventually fight in either India or Afghanistan. The NIA says that the training programme by these outfits does not restrict itself to the run of the mill bomb blasts. They would be trained fighters who are capable of staging bigger attacks than the one we saw on 26/11.

. . . .
How are these yahoos being allowed to leave India? That's the million dollar question! Or are they being smuggled out in containers?

Secondly how do the intel agencies know the exact figure of 300? Did they count them? If the info is so accurate why weren't they apprehended?

Again no proof pathetically hilarious assumptions

. .
And then some great 'intellectuals' here tell that we saying that some specific people can be easily brainwashed, is wrong.
