Another False Flag Op and Pakistan's position

The problem is there is not a signle poof against any of these people. India failed to present any concrrate evidence. Even if you see the list of the United Nation in which Azhar and Saeed declared as a terrorists they are without any description (A blank description against both) except the alegations data. Then why their names are in the list, simply because US need India to contain China so they have to favor India on some points. So where is the evidence? Let suppose today Pakistani government make you terrorist and put lots of allegations on you, is that the Indian govt are bound to take action against you or declare you a terrorist without any evidence proof?
Wasn't Azhar released after over 100 Indian citizens were kidnapped and flown to Afghanistan in a hijacked plane? On that basis alone, he should be returned.

. . .
Does that "Deep State" have Influence over JeM which rushed to take the responsibility ?

The Indian Deep State can cast all the crisis actors right out of Bollywood's central casting department. India is good at making song and dance movies ... maybe this is what they meant by soft power.

India doesn't have a deep state. Else there would have been coups galore like there are in states with such elements.

Deep states come in many forms. Its just another name for the real elites. Its a club that brings in all the rich and powerful while the common people suffer. This is even more true for India once it sought to seek regional hegemony in the lead up to the 1971 war.

Regional hegemony? How many times did India ask Pakistan to solve its issues and not have 10 million refugees to pour into India

1) Under international law, a state does not have any obligation to surrender an alleged criminal to a foreign state.

2) Pakistan and India have not signed any extradition treaty.

3) Masood Azhar is a Pakistani citizen, and while the law of Pakistan, unlike the law of many other countries, allows extradition of Pakistani citizens to foreign states even when no extradition treaty is in place with that country, such an extradition is subject to due observance of the provisions of the Constitution, the Extradition Act, 1972 and other laws of the country.

4) When a foreign state submits a formal requisition to the Federal Government of Pakistan for the surrender of a fugitive offender through its diplomatic representative in Pakistan (or through Pakistan’s diplomatic representative in such foreign state), the Federal Government of Pakistan, if it thinks fit, orders an inquiry into such matter that is to be conducted by a First Class Magistrate who then takes evidence in support of the requisition for surrender. An inquiry (but not a trial) is conducted and report is submitted to the Federal Government which has the final authority to issue a warrant for delivery of the fugitive offender to the requisitioning foreign state or simply refuse, if the government believes that it would be unjust or inexpedient to surrender the fugitive offender as the requisition for surrender has not been made in good faith or in the interest of justice.

5) India has never sent out any official extradition request to Pakistan. All this rona dhona is just political rhetoric.

Ok. So a guy released in lieu of kidnapped citizens enjoys state patronage. He was released in Afghanistan without a passport btw. Thanks for confirming.

Did you even bother to read my post??? :disagree:

As for Afghanistan, the then government (i.e. Taliban) of AFG had no legal requirements of passport/visa to travel to/from AFG. It was open to all practicing Muslims. ;)

The more you speak the more I feel you have no idea of ground realities. Its disappointing to see people like you get carried away with propaganda and inside jobs. Its clear like day-light that it was done by native Kashmiris and secondly Indian deep state knew about the attack. But sure ignore all the realities, close your eyes and ears and blindly follow Hinduvata ideology. Even if for a second we do assume it was Pakistan, it only shows how powerless India is to do anything against Pakistan. Country of 1.3 Billion people at the mercy of ISI, who can kill indians at will. Who buys that shit??
Either way both scenarios reflect poorly on India.

How many native Kashmiris in J&K have you spoken to? I have. So I would wager I know a bit more of the ground realities than someone from across the border.

I can say that with complete confidence that I have spoken to several Kashmiris on both side of fence far more than you, pre and post event.
You claim to have understanding of ground realities yet your conversation/threads show no synchronization with whats happening on ground. Its time for you to ask Indian government some tough questions, else poor indian soldiers who barely have enough to eat will keep dying.

In UK and Ireland?
Or those who actually live in Kashmir

We ask tough questions of our Governments all the time - they tend to get booted out of office through a vote if they don't deliver.

Indian soldiers will continue to do their job.
